Mumena Mushinge is an internationally respected industrialist, energy strategist, and traditional leadership advocate with over 30 years of executive experience in mining, metallurgy, hydropower, and sovereign asset development. As Founder and Executive Chairman of Terra Metals Inc., a U.S.-based mining company, and Chairman of the Baushi Royal Foundation, Mr. Mushinge is a bridge between traditional governance and global capital markets.

His pioneering work spans copper-cobalt processing, hydropower development, waste-to-energy technology, and the strategic commercialization of chiefdom assets in Zambia and beyond. He is leading a movement to convert heritage institutions into self-sustaining sovereign wealth platforms.
